The Changhua County Government is actively supporting the development of local cultural and creative brands to enhance product image value and international competitiveness. To this end, the county government is organizing the “2025 Changhua Cultural & Creative Excellence Certification Selection,” inviting local businesses with strong creativity and design capabilities to participate. Through the certification label, the program aims to support brand innovation and visibility while injecting distinctive charm into Changhua’s city brand.

The selection will be conducted in two stages:
Stage One: Online application (no limit on the number of entries)
Stage Two: Physical submission (submission of a complete physical product is required)
📝 Eligibility
Companies, businesses, legal entities, organizations, or individual studios registered in Changhua County, legally established and qualified for lawful sales, with products that have mass production or small-batch production capability, are eligible to apply.
🏆 Selection Overview
The organizer will invite scholars and experts in the cultural and creative fields to serve as judges. It is expected that 10 to 15 high-quality products demonstrating both design excellence and market value will be selected. The goal is to identify outstanding cultural and creative products that combine aesthetic appeal with market potential and to award them the “Changhua Cultural & Creative Excellence Certification” label, highlighting local creative strength.
