1. Program Overview
Changhua County’s small and medium-sized enterprises have demonstrated outstanding performance in various “hidden champion” industries, with a strong foundation of innovative products. However, amid changing times and evolving industrial structures, many enterprises are now facing challenges related to transformation and upgrading.
To support cultural and creative businesses with growth potential, the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau has launched the “Cultural & Creative Matchmaking and Co-Creation” support mechanism. Through resource integration and professional guidance, this program aims to enhance enterprises’ innovation capabilities and market competitiveness.
This program adopts an open call for proposals and will select 10 outstanding local cultural and creative businesses. Through professional design teams, the program assists participating businesses in new product development and brand innovation.

3. Application Method
(1) Eligibility
Applicants must be companies, businesses, legal entities, or individual studios legally registered in Changhua County. Applicants must have the capacity for mass production, with a benchmark of at least 1,000 units per single product.
(2) Required Documents
- Appendix 1: Application Form
Must include registration documents (scanned or photographed). - Appendix 2: Project Proposal
Includes objectives, implementation plans, and marketing plans.
Optional materials: certificates, images, or video files to demonstrate potential.
(3) Obligations
Selected applicants must comply with all expert guidance and relevant regulations.
