To stimulate local consumption and promote特色產業, the Changhua County Government will launch the grand “2025 Changhua GO Shopping” Consumer Lucky Draw Campaign, running from September 1 to November 30, 2025.

During the three-month campaign, consumers who spend NTD 500 or more in a single transaction at participating stores within Changhua County can upload their receipts or invoices online to enter the lucky draw. This year’s prizes have been significantly upgraded, with a total prize value exceeding NTD 10 million. The campaign features three rounds of drawings, highlighted by the exciting theme “Win a Car Every Month!”

The grand prize is a Kia EV6 Air electric vehicle, valued at nearly NTD 2 million. Other prizes include SUZUKI vehicles, gold bars, and NTD 10,000-value prize packages, with more than 3,000 prizes available in total.

To increase winning chances, the campaign adopts a tiered spending system—the higher the single-transaction amount, the more lucky draw entries participants will receive. In addition, consumers who make purchases at designated stores or in municipalities hosting major events such as the 2025 Taiwan Design Expo and the Tianzhong Marathon will receive one additional lucky draw entry.

Receipt registration will be open until December 2, 2025. The Changhua County Government warmly invites people from across Taiwan to visit Changhua to eat, shop, explore, and travel in depth—enjoy exhibitions, savor local cuisine, and purchase quality local products. Not only is it fun, but participants also have the chance to take home a car, gold prizes, and other exciting rewards!
