In response to challenges such as population outflow, industrial development, and low wages, we invite you to become a driving force for change in Changhua and use creativity to illuminate the county’s future.

How can we encourage young people to return to, stay in, or move to Changhua for development?

✔️ What local characteristics and resources does Changhua have?
✔️ What matters most to young people—jobs, lifestyle, entrepreneurship?
✔️ What innovative actions could improve our everyday lives?
💡 Competition Highlights:
🏆 Total prize money: NTD 80,000
🎓 15 free social innovation capacity-building courses will be held from July 6 to September 27
Each proposal team must attend at least 3 courses to strengthen their proposal
